I still have no idea why Spencer Johnson used that, but it seems to me that he used Cheese as means of social skills or flexibility. I guess we must get rid of our old cheese to adapt to any changes. 【コメント】: I have just recently read this book and FREE YOUR MIND by Anthony Stultz Sensei and I have to say that while the former was fun, the book by Sensei not only had more substance but helped my to recover my Buddhist roots.
